Sheila L. Brown, Manager and Principal Owner of Vision Multi Media Group, LLC. She is a visionary leader, two-time author and CEO of a qualified Woman Business Enterprise(WBE) since 2007.

Brown fulfilled her longtime dream of owning a radio station, becoming the youngest African-American female to do so in the country.  In 2014, she proudly received the media award from the Black Achievers and an 2019 inductee into the Black Achiever Museum in Buffalo, NY.

In 2017, she was recognized by BuffaloBusiness First newspaper as the largest women-owned business ranked by number of local employees and two years in a row(2019-2020) the Top 125 Power Women list.  In 2020 she received an Atlanta Radio & Record award.

As an author she has created two new platforms for authors the Author's Academy and the SLB Book review radio program.
